- Preview so the QR is fully on one tile when possible.
- Print at 100% and assemble into a wide banner.
- Hang behind registration with strong tape or clips.

- Test-scan the QR from a printed draft before the full run.
- Keep body text large — event halls are bright and busy.
- Print a second smaller 2×2 for the exit thank-you wall.
